The Virtual Ergonomic Assessment
01 — Initial Consultation
Let’s start by getting to know you and your work. Schedule a phone call to discuss a typical workday in your current workspace. We will go over any pain or discomfort you experience while or after working, as well as your goals post assessment.
02 — Observation
Let’s now see where and how you work. Send over a few pictures of your workspace with any devices you regularly use and a short video taken while you work.
03 — Analysis
Receive your detailed Ergonomic Assessment report. Report will offer a variety of ways to improve your workspace and your workday. It will provide advice on how to adjust current equipment, recommendations for new equipment if necessary as well as movement and engagement practices to prevent injury and fatigue.
04 — Follow Up
Ergonomic changes often need a little time and fine tuning to stick. Included with assessments are complimentary follow up communications for help implementing recommendations to ensure your new workspace is working for you.
